Apple of my Eyelet | What’s the Skinny?

I hadn’t seen my good friend {and former boss!}, Katie, in months so last week we met up and went to Darling State of Mind’s sip and shop together.  While I didn’t PLAN to buy anything, they offered 20% off when you spent over $50.  Somehow, I ended up coming home with some new goodies.

This white eyelet, off the shoulder blouse caught my eye right before I went to check out and I’m so glad.  To me, eyelet is the perfect summer fabric and I knew that this top would be perfect for the 4th of July.  You can wear it off or on the shoulder — that added versatility really sold me.  Since this white eyelet top is in limited quantity, I did round up other tops that I love below!

Naturally, I needed to add some red to this outfit so I reached for my red leather satchel.  Heads up — this bag has been marked down and is half off right now!  It does come in a few other colors {including brown, black and navy} and has been a purse that I regularly reach for.  {Don’t believe me?  Check it out here, here and here!}

A red lip is key to all July 4th outfits so I reached for the classic: MAC Ruby Woo, which happens to match the top pom of my earrings perfectly.  These Charming Charlie pom pom earrings have an ombre effect and are incredibly lightweight.  Finally, if you’re in the market for some new Kendra Scott pieces, I cannot say enough good things about the drusy Elisa necklaces.  All drusy pieces are 15% off today so be sure to scoop one up!
