Eeeeek can’t believe June is almost over…This year is going by way too fast.
This shirt was actually part of an old work uniform. At the time, I hated it mostly because of how often I had to wear it, but now it is a staple for sure. I have so many button ups (don’t ask, I won’t tell) that this one doesn’t get overworked but it is a go to. White always looks crisp, when properly cared for, and I love that this shirt makes my outfits look a little more professional. I feel like that last statement means I’m becoming an old woman…..
I lurveeeeeee my pineapple dress; it’s sold out now so I linked a similar option from Maison Jules, one of my fave brands carried at Macy’s. While I love this dress, I admittedly am not crazy about how it looks as a dress – sounds weird right? I do love wearing it as a peplum or a skirt which is why I bought the dress option and not the top from H&M. Versatility, people!
I snagged this top during my last Goodwill trip for $3. It’s super sheer but fine with a camisole underneath I pulled out my white jeans because I’m obsessed with them and everything felt so summer-y together. Can we make #WhiteJeanWednesday a thing?
Let’s put the Lemon Bar Frappuccino under Reasons Why I Have Trust Issues. It’s a long list for another blog post, but this is the last time I’ll let Twitter and Instagram get me gassed up about a Starbucks drink! If you like watered down, melted lemonade with whipped cream on top — order this. If not, avoid. #Failcinno
This wallet is everything; I’ve had mine almost two years now and can’t switch out just because of how convenient everything is. I love the leopard print but may break down and by another Lacey in a different print or maybe a solid leather. Leave me your feedback below.
I feel like I’ve mentioned staples a lot in this post, my bad, but this striped shirt is for sure one as well. It goes with everything and I constantly have to talk myself out of wearing it. The faux leather pocket makes it a little more fun too. The linked version above has really fun solid sleeves #yaasssss.
I pulled on what feels like a million accessories to cover up the fact that I put on the bare minimum makeup and still had major bags hanging around on my face. Love, love, love anything druzy right now. I die for this ring, guys.
Don’t forget you can sign up for Rocksbox and get your first month for free by entering code “whatnicoleworexoxo” after taking the style quiz.
These jeans are mid waist instead of low waist and I feel like it’s such a game changer. I hate 1. worrying about my jeans falling off anytime I do anything and B. thinking maybe my butt’s out (not cute) so I probably won’t ever go back to wearing low rise jeans again.
Well, well, well. It’s the navy lace dress. As a shirt. Again. Nothing about this outfit really screams innovative, but I liked the mixture of pattern and texture that this outfit captures.
My royal blue MK watch was a birthday present to myself last year and while I’m 100% head over heels for it still, I have been thinking about splurging a little on another one this year. Any models you guys are loving?
I’ve been kicking myself for months because I thought I’d gotten rid of this maxi dress. To be fair, it’s probably time to do just that but I was beyond happy when I found it hiding in the bottom of my “to be dry cleaned” pile. I’m not a big fan of spaghetti strap anything, so I pulled the gold foil polka dot tee on over top and knotted it to add a chic and fun factor.
old navy gingham shirt {old, similar (on sale) | last seen here} + talbots flamingo embroidered skirt {thrift find} + kate spade new york handbag {thrift find, similar here and here | last seen here}
I’m typically not a big fan of anything embroidered, but this skirt jumped out at me on my last thrifting session and I had to bring it home because of the fun flamingos. I think it’ll be the perfect piece to pattern mix with all summer long.
charlotte russe tee shirt dress {last seen here} + target style shell cardigan via thredUP {last seen here} + tassel necklace c/o purple peridot {last worn here} + shop versona bracelet + sage k and co spiked bracelet
I wanted to do a fun navy and white pattern mix so I grabbed the hooded t shirt dress because of how comfy it is and this shell print cardigan. I think adding the cardigan make the t shirt dress look a little more put together for work. So obsessed with the neon pink tassel necklace that Megan gave me at the Chi Town meet up.
Happy weekend
