Without fail, every January I try to shop my own closet as my bank account recovers from holiday spending. With this being a “low spend” month for me, it seemed fitting to share another capsule wardrobe. This one is mostly items from Evereve and I’m showing you how to create 20 winter outfits from just 10 pieces.
These looks are all perfect for a Kentucky January so they range from transitional outfits to true winter looks. {It was 68 degrees last week and we’re projected for 28 degrees on Sunday. Truly all over the place!} I tried to also include a good mix of weekend and business casual with these looks too.

How to Create 20 Winter Outfits from 10 Bold Pieces | Shopping at Evereve
This year, I’m acting as an Evereve Ambassador for the store here in Louisville at the Oxmoor Center. I shop their monthly to show new arrivals and my favorite pieces. Evereve carries well known brands as well as some of their own in-house labels.

Blazers are one of those pieces that work for everything. You can wear them in a more professional office, you can pair them with jeans, on the weekends you can throw one on with leggings. It really is a staple that you can get TONS of wear out of. This one caught my eye because of the faux leather accents.

Multicolor items are fun because you can mix and match colors so when I saw this sweater on sale, it was a no brainer. It feels like I’d been eyeing this sweater forEVER so this is a nice substitute for the time being. When I saw it in the sale section at Evereve AND realized it was long enough to cover my rear with leggings, I was sold.

How to Create 20 Winter Outfits from 10 Bold Pieces | Taking on the Canadian Tuxedo
How do you feel about denim on denim? Personally, I feel most comfortable wearing double denim when there’s a third piece involved to break up all the jean. The look above with the gray blazer over the chambray shirt is right up my alley but I also love the below look of the more “traditional” Canadian tuxedo look with a pair of over the knee boots.

How to Create 20 Winter Outfits from 10 Bold Pieces | Happy Styling
Really hoping this post is helpful whether it inspires you to restyle one of your closet staples or reminds you of that piece you haven’t reach for in awhile. There are definitely more outfit options from these pieces. Consider this a starting point: the tunic tank, by itself, has a lot more outfit styling options.
