I’m so sorry that this post is a day late; I have been traveling and had some technical difficulties yesterday. I know there have been issues with some LIKEtoKNOW.it enabled posts, so I wanted to make sure to get this out ASAP so that you can shop all of the posts I’ve recently put out as well as some older ones from the past month or so.
I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant since it opened and hadn’t had the chance, but luckily my friend Lindsey was down to go with me. While everything was super delicious, I can’t recall a recent time when I’ve been so full. Like – ‘unbutton your pants once you get to your car to drive home’ full. Still, I’d highly recommend, as the restaurant is on par with it’s sister restaurants {and the sangria is amazing.}
Still loving this outfit; I love the oversized top tucked into the high waisted, fit and flare skirt. You can see all the photos from this post here.
While I’m typically not a romper person, I was pleasantly surprised with how flattering this one was after I tried it on. I did bring it to the beach with me this week so you can more than likely expect to see it in an upcoming post.
This is one of my favorite outfits that I’ve worn recently; this gingham top is super easy to style and I love how it looks with my light pink beaded necklace. And as cute as this look is, my Nikes made it completely comfortable too.
Y’all. Missing the Derby series so badly already. Are there any style series you’d like to see me cover on the blog this summer?
I promise that I’m working on a DIY post for these sequin hangers; I meant to get one up last month and just haven’t had time to shoot one yet, but SOON.
This look was featured on the LIKEtoKNOW.it account this week; I had a few different people message and email me regarding the tank, it’s still in stock in all sizes and the link above should work if you had trouble with the link in your LTK email!
I can honestly say I love everything about this flatlay; I’ve been eyeing this suit for awhile and keeping an eye out for a more affordable dupe, so I snatched up this $15 version {free shipping if you’re a Prime member!} These Karen Walker sunglasses have been on my radar ever since I tried to black pair from DITTO and luckily when I went to swap frames last week, they were available in the tortoise. I’ve talked about my experience with DITTO on the blog before, but can you believe that this pair came new with tags?! And last but not least, how cute are my new Vera beach items? They’re summer collection is always on point and this year is no exception. This tote also comes in navy and white but I wanted to attempt to branch out a little so I went with the natural and white, which will still go with everything all summer. I have a ton of their beach towels and can say that they hold up so well, so I was exited to give the brand new tassel beach blanket a try this trip.
I’m super excited to get to wear this hat this week; if you missed the DIY you can find it here!
Everyone rants and raves about LuLaRoe’s leggings but I had zero interest in them because the wild patterns just don’t seem like they’d do my thighs any favors. When I went to shop Sue‘s inventory {where I picked up the skirt from this post}, I was shocked to find that she had tons of leggings in black. They’re super soft and comfy, while not being crazy far out of my comfort zone.
This salad was SO bomb, y’all. If you’re ever in Naples definitely check out Venetian Village and swing by the Pub for lunch or dinner. They have lots of fish options, but I was so intrigued by the concept of chicken salad in a pineapple boat that I ordered this. I picked off the walnuts and then went to town on the chicken salad before going to town on the actual salad. The mango vinaigrette was A+.
