This summer it feels like everyone around me is getting engaged or married — except me of course ;).  With so many of these celebrations filling my planner, I’ve been adding more summer wedding guest dresses and engagement party outfits to my closet.  This lace midi dress from Chicwish is an absolute dress with the adjustable straps, pretty pastel hue, and gorgeous lace overlay.

Lace Midi Dress | What’s the Skinny?

While I don’t usually feel tall enough for midi dresses, this one caught my eye with the floral lace overlay.  It comes in a few more pastel shades and the floral lace comes down a little further than the slip.  For wedding season, I love a good statement dress that doesn’t require a ton of additional styling.  This Chicwish number fits the bill and requires minimal work in the accessorizing department which is always a win.

Lace Midi Dress | Devil’s in the Details.

This leather envelope clutch has been a great piece since I purchased it.  I love the Leo Clutch from Rebecca Minkoff because of the zipper detail along the edges and the wide variety of colors available.  The silver of the zipper also is a great match for the glitter pumps that I broke out.  While I typically would pair this dress with my nude pumps, I thought it would be fun to mix things up!
