With fall being back, mock necks are having a big moment and I couldn’t resist this black lace one from ChicWish. It also comes in a pretty purple that’s perfect for fall; I love the cute crochet overlay and the fact that the layer underneath the crochet stops at the wrist for a dramatic touch. This top would also be super cute tucked into a plaid skirt {like this.}
IN THIS POST:
I paired this cute top with olive skinny jeans but it looks great with burgundy skinny or blue jean skinnies as well. Toss on some black heels or booties with cutout detail for a fun date night look. I brought out the fringe with this fun leather clutch. Veeshee lets you pick the color leather you want and then decide on an interior pattern. I went with a fun white and blue print — still my favorite color combo.
The clutch does have a wrist strap attached which is so handy. For the longest time, I was afraid of the idea of clutches because I have a tendency to set things down and walk away. While I’ve gotten over that for the most part, it still gives me some peace of mind when I can physically put a bag on my body.
I’ve been having a major thing for rings lately and let me just tell you, Kendra Scott has never let me down. I love the unique shapes and stones that the brand uses and their new winter collection is perfect for the holidays; check out this short pendant that’s perfect for layering and these BA statement earrings. It’s no secret that I love Kendra Scott — my Elisa necklaces are always in heavy rotation, both on the blog and in real life. And I’m not just saying, “oh hey I wear these all the time,” three of my coworkers have ended up buying Elisas after seeing how much I wear mine and how versatile it is when it comes to necklace layering. {Love the Elisa? This month you can order it in pink druzy and 20% will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation!}
My silver druzy ring is one of the brand new styles that launched a couple weeks ago. {Peep the full collection here.} The Boyd Ring comes in iridescent, platinum, rose gold and black druzy and sits on a double band that is adjustable. {Not sure on size? Size up, you’ll be able to adjust it to your hands comfortably.} I love that the sides of this ring are smooth and the unique diamond shaped stone that’s been introduced with this launch.
And let’s talk about the elephant in the room…I already own the Naomi Ring in black druzy, but when I found a good deal on this Ivory Pearl one, I couldn’t say no. While the style is the same the overall look of the ring is pretty different.
