Why I Blog: Does Representation Really Matter?

I’ve been writing and creating content here on What Nicole Wore for two and a half years {WHOA}, but today I wanted to get a little personal and share my why. Friends, family, other bloggers, brands, etc. ask this question a lot and the answer is admittedly a bit long-winded. Closet Workhorse: Why You Need a Little Black Dress

A few weeks ago I got a panicked text from one of the women I advise. My younger sorority sister wanted to know what she could wear to a job interview that was already in her closet. {Mind you, I’ve never gone through Anne’s closet so making a quick choice should’ve been a challenge.} Instead, I almost immediately was able to tell her the closet workhorse that would be perfect for the occasion: the little black dress.
