It was a little chilly so I broke out my trusty camel sweater. I paired it with my polka dot pants from NY and Company, which have honestly seen more action than I thought they would when I first bought them. Rediscovering these scallop suede flats in the backseat of my car was one of the best things I’ve done in 2015.
Also, this pink. nail. polish. It was a limited edition color but is available on Amazon and eBay still. I love pink nails so much – always a go to color.
I love how the dots on this button down are embroidered on so that it’s a contrast in texture instead of the more traditional color. Speaking of contrast…I really hope my feet match my body by the end of this summer.
I was browsing through the men’s clearance section of Target when I found this gem for $3. I immediately snatched it up because it was the very last one and was a small! I love the graphic tanks in the junior’s section of Target but ain’t nobody got time for a $12.99 cotton work out tank. I took this sassy beaut home and cut the sleeves off – VOILA. Cute (and cheap) addition to my closet.
I wasn’t sure if this was going to work (story of my life), but I think pinking patterns with more neutral colors helps to make pattern mixing look less busy. I’ve still yet to buy a solid chambray shirt so I put this on because I like the medium weight of chambray when I’m not sure about the weather. These shorts were a consignment find at $8, can I really complain about not wearing them enough? Nope.
I’ve worn this scarf with this dress before but I am so glad that it’s getting warm out so I can wear it without leggings underneath. I love pattern mixing with stripes and think the pom pom detail on this scarf is a fun touch. My cuff is an old clearance find — I was immediately attracted to the large and bright turquoise colored stones and still think it’s so pretty.
