This dress caught my eye the first time I saw it online; I love the contrasting colors, the flutter sleeves, and the smocked bodice. The sleeves can be worn on or off the shoulder and the fabric is very lightweight. This polka dot dress is lined and runs a bit big in my opinion. I’m wearing the small here and have some extra room in the chest.
