I’m hosting a very fun Work the Metal giveaway over on Instagram. Naturally, I stopped by so that I could show you all the fun new arrivals they have in store. If you’re not familiar with Work the Metal, it’s one of my favorite Louisville boutiques that stocks tons of fun jewelry, hostess gifts, decor items, and clothes.

$100 Work the Metal Giveaway + What I Love | Summer New Arrivals
While I typically feature Work the Metal‘s jewelry on my blog, they also feature a good assortment of clothes. I went in not knowing what to expect; they refresh displays and put out new items daily so every stop into the store is a new adventure. One of the things I really enjoy about Work the Metal is that I never feel pressured to make a purchase. Quite frequently I stop in after shooting photos just to browse and no one makes me feel weird about it.

I tried on a wide variety of pieces including this hot pink blouse with fun pleated detail. It would look very cute with white jeans. When I saw this “Kind People are My Kinda People” tee, I knew I had to have it! It would look cute with a denim skirt or white jeans too.

Kicking myself for not getting a better picture of these navy pants I paired with the red blouse. They have tortoise buttons along the pockets and an elastic back waist that would make them easy (and comfortable!) to wear to work. This look would be perfect if you have more sophisticated 4th of July plans.

Dalmatian print is so hot right now and I love that Work the Metal had a number of pieces in this cute print. I tried on this wrap style dress love that it has a snap and tie detail to avoid wardrobe malfunctions.

Being a self-proclaimed statement earring lover means I have quite the collection of Work the Metal earrings. Fun fact: I actually wore several Work the Metal pieces when I shot my Southern Living feature! What’s great is that the pieces are pretty affordable; I think the most I’ve spent on a pair of earrings here is $24, but typically they range from $9-$18. Tons of pieces give you the current trend without being an investment.

$100 Work the Metal Giveaway + What I Love | Why I Love the Store
With an incredible selection, frequent new arrivals, and a mimosa bar that’s stocked with cinnamon rolls, Work the Metal is a fun place to be. I’ve gotten to know some of their staff over the past couple of years and really appreciate their kindness and positive energy. I’ve had a few requests to do a Louisville boutique guide {& I promise this is something I’m working on!}, but I had to kick things off by sharing all about WTM.
